StayAU Comfortable Two-Story w/Pool Table&Backyard

Hi we hired this place for a quick get away with a group of friends, from the moment we got there the house was extremely tired and not maintained. The last step entering the backyard was loose and I almost tripped over it, had a bad sewerage leak next to stairs in backyard which stunk the house out, only had 1 fork and 1 spoon to eat with, it also had mould at the bottom of the shower. There was webs and bugs everywhere inside the house, lights inside kitchen didn’t really work properly, there was no air conditioning fans were supplied. We picked this place for the pool table and even that was in terrible condition, I highly do not recommend this place at all.

The property is clean but old and in need of some attention to details like cutlery and crockery. The heating needs some Positive: The property was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool table. The beds were comfortable and the linen felt clean. Negative: We nicknamed it ‘The fridge’. It was freezing with no heating. Given the cost per night this should have been communicated or numerous THICK blankets should have been provided. There was ONE portable heater AND some throw rugs for a massive house and 4 bedrooms. We all wore jumpers to bed. There was also no mugs! We had to use glasses for cups of tea. There was also minimal cutlery…one fork I think! Plenty of chop sticks🤷‍♀️ There was the smallest mirror in the far bathroom held up by a shower holder! The bathroom needs some attention.
