StayAU Box Hill Skyline luxury Apartment

Great please, pity about the management of it Positive: Location, Size, Facilities, Decor were all Excellent Negative: Three things: disorganised key pick-up/dropoff of keys, eg checkout is 10am on a Sunday but the dropoff location only opens at 12 on a Sunday, and after-hours box is impossible to find. Secondly, front door sticks and was faulty. Third, the instructions to the car park locations were incorrect, I ended up being locked in a lift at 630am, and having to deal with a lift emergency service that didn’t speak English :)

Positive: Clean, nice modern apartment. Responsive hosts. Had everything we needed for a short work trip stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Negative: The car spaces are located 5 floors down, which took time getting in and out. Key pick up/drop off is external 4min drive - not in a lock box at the property. Apartment was full of room air fresheners, which is the worst if you have allergies/asthma.

Positive: Property was large and spacious Good location Negative: It appeared cleaners between visitors had not done a good job, old food under the couch, rubbish left in draws etc Key collection and drop off was annoying
