Positive: Spacious Negative: Loose rail in stairwell. Could not have 2 or more people shower at same time in different bathrooms. Water pressure would drop off and upstairs got no water out.

Overall the stay was great Negative: Need to fix the blind in the living room

Please properly appoint the property with towels and clean carpets. Positive: Many bathrooms throughout. Negative: The morning of checkin, they requested to have copies of all guests IDs to enable checkin. With guests coming from all over the state, this caused a lot of frustration especially because the booking was made several months prior. Stains all over carpet, looking like blood. Provided 8 towels for 16 people. Lack of bath mats.

Absolutely perfect! The most beautiful home, highly recommend to large groups. Positive: What a beautiful home for a large group. Comfortable beds, beautifully furnished and hosts were available to answer questions quickly. We loved our stay very much and will look forward to booking again when we return to Melbourne. Negative: Everything was perfect. The BBQ needs a little attention but that isn't anything major. We loved our stay very much.
