StayAU Bright, Modern Retreat Townhouse in Doncaster

We were here for a family wedding. We had a great time and had a later check out on the Sunday. Positive: It was in a nice quiet street. The house was big and spacious for our family. It was clean and comfortable. Negative: There was no coffee machine. You had to walk into one of the bedrooms to get into another bedroom.

HORRIBLE STAFF, TERIIBLE CHECKIN PROCESS, IRRITATING, FRONT CAMERRA THAT SPEAKS ALL NIGHT!!!! Positive: No Breakfast offered Negative: The staff. Absolutely terrible, unprofessional, so rude, dificult to understand her. There is a camerra at the front entry to the property that constantly keep speaking so loudly in Chinese, you can hear it all night while trying to sleep. There was no warning about this camerra. Check_in Process was a night mere!! The lady aske for all ID's of all individuals who will stay at the prperty, after giving her mine (the main person who booked) and my Wife's ID, she still refuse to provide access to the property, I had to wait outside the property, official check in was at 3pm, I arrived 3pm and finally got access to the property at 4:56pm, that's after I had to ask frineds and family to help provide ID's (Friends who are interstate and had no intention to staying at the property) for the staff to finally provide access code for the keys to the property!! Also, I booked the place via booking.com, got checkin request from Stayzs and the lady yelling out her company policy (Managing company), I had to provide ID's to a third party. I couldn't cancell because booking.com has "a no refund policy" on the property and I was desperate as it was easter long weekend!!! This is rediculous!!! Please AVOID BY ALL MEANS! AVOID IF YOU DON'T LKE TO HEAR NAGGING VOICES fron the camerra that speaks a foreign language you don't understand. HORRIBLE STAFF!!!! I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMEY!!!
