Lovely location Positive: I liked the living room. It was nicely decorated. Good to have a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. Lovely location and restaurants close by. Main bed was comfortable. Negative: Shower, water flowed all over the bathroom due to lack of a stopper for the water flowing. We managed to take shower by using little water each time. Responsiveness from the site when asked about what could be done was lacking. No actual reply nor a solution. Felt it was replied to as an automatic answer. Additional bed was fine but too short for tall people / teenagers.

Great location & comfortable apartment good for up to 3 people with a car park in central Melbourne Positive: The location is excellent. Close to many restaurants, fast food eateries, Crown Casino, South Wharf DFO. Short walk to Tram stop near Crown and Convention/Exhibition Centre, also quick walk over the bridge to Flinders St station. We also walked to both the MCG and Marvel Stadium (approx 25 mins). Having a car parking space in inner city Melbourne is essential if you are driving and we were provided with good clear instructions and even a video of how to get into the reserved parking area for the apartment. Negative: I was travelling with children by car, so I needed to find a park, to get out to collect the keys. (Not an issue if traveling with two adults so one can get out while the other drives around the block). The keys include the remote for the reserved car park...so that wasn't helpful initially. When we had parked the car, we then didn't know where to enter the building. The entrance door is hidden in a corner of the carpark level which we didn't see. So maybe some instructions about where to enter the building from the carpark would make things better. (A resident helped us enter the building on a lower floor).
