Good location. Good facilities. Very clean. Positive: Very big with lots of living areas Negative: Needs some maintenance

Positive: The house was very large and well positioned in the street. Negative: It wasn't clean. Dust on the floors, upstairs bathroom had mould, gardening not done and leaves and branches everywhere in the driveways, beds not made properly, hot water wasn't working properly.

Warm accomm, just rather dated Positive: There's floor heating. We were there during winter. There were many bedrooms, good for my big family. Negative: It's kind of dated.

Adequate for what we needed but I would like a discount next time please, as I think we may use this Positive: It seemed that the residence had not been checked by anyone prior to our arrival ! the rubbish bins were overflowing before we " tried " to put out our rubbish - so I had to drop of some to another rubbish collection place, which annoyed me a lot And the heater ( ducted heating ) was not working - which we called to try to have this rectified ! BUT to no avail at all We eventually had someone sort out the issue - which we were not at all happy with either Overall, the residence did what we required and will recommend it no problem, but I suggest you do better on the issues I raised. Cheap and cheerful. Great for a large group on a budget. Positive: Simple lock box for the key, code was provided prior to checkin. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Good price, plenty of beds, convenient location. Negative: The sofa bed in our room wasn't actually a sofa bed, blinds all need replacing as they don't roll. Needs a bit of TLC.
