Big Group Holiday Entire House 8BRM Vermont VIC

Positive: The house is enormous, perfect for a large group. Our group consisted of 7 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot and location perfect. Negative: The house needed a thorough clean on arrival, so we did some tidying ourselves to make it welcoming for the rest of our group as they arrived. Outside, the gutters were full of leaves and there were cobwebs around the exterior. Leaf-filled gutters can be a fire hazard in the warmer months, so we'd encourage regular clearing. The bedroom lighting was also very dim, which made it hard to get ready on dull days. Brighter lamps or globes would make a big difference. With a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a wonderful place for groups.

Good value for money, large home with comfortable beds Positive: Large, lots of rooms, comfortable beds Negative: Shower pressure was not good

Positive: Plenty of bedrooms for multiple groups. I liked that there were multiple tables to accommodate many people. Negative: The spa didn't work. There was no plug for the kitchen sink. Some spray and wipe and chux would be handy in the kitchen to assist with wiping the benches and tables.

Easy location, quiet court, plenty of car parking, nice area to go for a walk, easy check in Positive: We stayed for the nationals basketball weekend with families and girls from the team. The girls stayed upstairs and had everything they needed while the adults had down stairs which was perfect. the home is 9 minutes drive to the state basketball centre which made it super easy! Negative: There was nothing negative to report at all. Perfect for the reason we stayed!

Good location. Good facilities. Very clean. Positive: Very big with lots of living areas Negative: Needs some maintenance
